Baltimore Orioles vs. Seattle Mariners - 8/29/17 MLB Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

The Baltimore  Orioles have been playing well in an attempt to keep a Wild Card berth within grasp. The suddenly surging Orioles went back and forth with the visiting Mariners on Monday night before nailing down their 5th consecutive victory. O’s starter Chris Tillman continued to struggle with all six runs given up on three hits and four walks through 5.1 innings before four relievers stopped  the bleeding. Baltimore amassed 16 hits and walked twice with Adam Jones going solo and scoring twice while Welington Castillo went 3-4 with a pair of RBI’s followed by Trey Mancini and Chris Davis with two runs apiece. Dylan Bundy toes the rubber for the Baltimore Orioles against the visiting Seattle Mariners who he sees for the first time in his career. Bundy comes in off of an 8-7 win (ND) versus the Oakland Athletics with three runs scoring in six innings of work.

The over is 47-16-3 in Seattle last 66 Tuesday games and Seattle are 17-8 in their last 25 road games while Seattle are 6-16 in Ramirez’s last 22 starts on grass. The under is 6-2 in Baltimore last 8 on grass and the under is 6-2 in Baltimore last 8 overall while the under is 22-8-2 in Baltimore last 32 Tuesday games. Seattle are 7-1 in the last 8 meetings.

Seattle has been very tough on Baltimore but I think the hot team with one of their best pitchers is how I’d go…
