The San Francisco Giants also need a win after losing six of their last nine games. The Giants have allowed 19 runs in their last three games and four or more runs in 11 of their last 14 games. The San Francisco Giants have lost 15 of their last 16 games when allowing more than three runs. The Dodgers are 4-0 in their last 4 vs. National League West and 38-14 in their last 52 overall. The Giants are 3-8 in their last 11 during game 3 of a series, 1-6 in their last 7 Wednesday games and 4-10 in their last 14 home games. The Dodgers are 7-20 in the last 27 meetings in San Francisco and 4-9 in the last 13 meetings.
Darvish hasn't been good in his last couple of starts, as he's allowed 10 runs in his last 7.1 innings and has an ERA of 12.27 in the month of September. However, it's not like Moore has been lighting the world on fire, although he is much better at home and has allowed just two runs in his last 8.2 innings. Either way, I'm going to side with the Dodgers, as this is a series they can use to get back on track due to the Giants being awful. I don't love the price due to the Dodgers struggles the last few weeks, but that's how it is sometimes in this line of work. The Dodgers should win this game.
