Miami has some solid bats this year. Dee Gordon came into Tuesday with 191 hits, 107 runs and 33 RBI, while Marcel Ozuna was sitting on 183 hits, 89 runs, 36 homers and 118 RBI. Gordon and Ozuna each had one hit on Tuesday.
Colorado will be sending out RHP Jon Gray on Wednesday. In his 104.1 innings and 9-4 record this year, Gray has a 3.62 ERA with 107 Ks and 30 BBs.

The Marlins are 1-4 in their last four Wednesday games and 1-5 in their last six during game three of a series. Miami is also 1-4 in Conley’s last five starts and 1-5 in Conley’s last six road starts.
Meanwhile, the Rockies are1-6 in their last seven during game three of a series and 0-5 in their last five Wednesday games. Colorado is also 5-0 in Gray’s last five Wednesday starts and 6-2 in Gray’s last eight home starts.
After a run of decent starts, Conley got into trouble in Arizona with seven earned on six hits in 1.2 innings of work. As for Gray, he’s been really good lately, allowing just four earned across his last four starts, a span of 24.0 innings. I like Gray to keep it going here so I’m taking the hometown Rockies.
