Coming up from Marlins Park on Tuesday, the Boston Red Sox and the Miami Marlins will be matching up to continue their MLB series.
In the Monday opener, Boston bagged five runs in the fourth and fifth innings on the way to a 7-3 win.

For Tuesday’s game, the Red Sox will be bringing out lefty Chris Sale. In his lone start so far this year, Sale put up 6.0 innings with one hit and nine strikeouts in a no-decision.
Heading into this set, Xander Bogaerts was the leading Sox hitter with eight hits, five doubles and four runs. On Monday, Hanley Ramirez ripped a two-run homer and had two runs on the night.
Over on the Marlins’ side, they’re going with RHP Jose Urena on Tuesday. In his one start this year, Urena lasted 4.0 innings and allowed five earned on six hits.
Coming into the Monday game, Derek Dietrich and Brian Anderson both led the Marlins on six hits apiece with eight RBI between them. In the Monday game, Anderson ripped a solo homer.
The Red Sox are 22-5 in their last 27 Tuesday games and 15-6 in their last 21 during game two of a series. Boston is also 6-1 in Sale’s last seven Tuesday starts and 12-5 in his last 17 starts with four days’ rest.
Meanwhile, the Marlins are 5-1 in their last six during game two of a series and 1-4 in their last five Tuesday games. Miami is also 1-4 in Urena’s last five home starts and 1-4 in his last five starts.
Sale and Urena’s inaugural starts this season couldn’t have been more different, as Sale was great and Urena struggled pretty thoroughly. I think Urena will figure things out soon, but with Sale on the mound I have to go with Boston here.
