The Phillies banged out eight hits and walked ten times with Rhys Hoskins smacking a two run double while Maikel Franco went 2-5 with a pair of runs driven in followed by Cesar Hernandez scored two times.
Vince Velasquez toes the rubber at Atlanta Wednesday for the second time in 2018. Velasquez did not get a decision in a 2-1 victory at Tampa Bay where he gave up a run over 6.2 innings.
