The Detroit Tigers look to get back in the win column following Saturday’s loss to the visiting White Sox. Detroit starter Francisco Liriano was charged with five runs on six hits including three homers through five frames before Louis Coleman and Artie Lewicki combining to allow three runs over four innings.

The Tigers banged out ten hits and walked three times with Jeimer Candelario slamming a pair of long balls with three RBI’s and three runs. Detroit gives Sunday’s start against the White Sox to Blaine Hardy who has replaced the injured Jordan Zimmermann. Hardy received a no decision in his last start with two runs allowed over five frames in a 4-2 loss.
