The White Sox attack was held to five hits and a base on balls with Jose Rondon smacking his third long ball while Yolmer Sanchez went 2-4 and drove in Tim Anderson.
Dylan Covey toes the rubber for the White Sox in the series opener at Cleveland on Monday. Covey comes off of an 11-1 victory versus Baltimore with a run scoring over seven frames where he struck out eight.
The Cleveland Indians are hoping to build on Sunday’s 10-9, 14 inning victory that featured a five run rally in the 9th. Cleveland starter Trevor Bauer gave up four runs through 7.1 frames with Evan Marshall allowing three runs without recording an out for a BS.
