The New York Yankees also look for a victory after splitting their last 10 games. The Yankees have scored 19 runs in their last three games and four or more runs in five of their last seven games. The New York Yankees have won 11 of their last 12 games when scoring more than one run. Giancarlo Stanton leads the Yankees with 83 hits and 46 RBI while Aaron Judge and Miguel Andujar have combined for 159 hits and 93 RBI. Domingo German gets the ball, and he is 2-4 with a 5.32 ERA and 75 strikeouts this season. This will be German’s first career game against the Braves.

The Braves are 5-1 in their last 6 during game 1 of a series, 5-14 in their last 19 Monday games and 5-2 in Sanchezs last 7 starts. The Yankees are 49-15 in their last 64 home games, 19-8 in their last 27 vs. National League East and 4-1 in Germans last 5 home starts. The Braves are 2-9 in the last 11 meetings and the under is 6-1 in the last 7 meetings in New York.

I'm not gettign anywhere near this price with the Yankees when you consider they're on a quick turnaround and playing a Braves squad that is full of surprises and too good to be this big of an underdog. And while Sanchez has been great this season, I'm not sure I'm ready to buy into a guy who has pitched less than 50 innings. Instead I'm backing the over. Both of these clubs are offensive heavy and are hitting the ball very well as of late. The over is also 7-1 in the Braves last eight road games. The Yankees are coming off a double-digit performance in which everybody is hitting the long ball. Give me the over.
