Sunday MLB brings us to Safeco Field where the Seattle Mariners host the Colorado Rockies.
The Colorado Rockies have quietly been on a roll with wins in eight of nine after downing Seattle 5-1 on Sunday. Colorado starter Kyle Freeland gave up the lone run through five frames for a ND with three relievers putting up zeros over four innings.

The Rockies pounded out ten hits and walked once with Noel Cuevas going 3-4 with a homer and three RBI’s while Carlos Gonzalez had two hits with an RBI and a run.
Colorado sends Antonio Senzatela to the mound for his second straight start in 2018. Senzatela defeated San Francisco 8-1 in his first outing with seven shutout innings of work.
The Seattle Mariners are looking for a change in momentum and will have to wait one more day after Saturday’s loss to visiting Colorado. Seattle ace James Paxton fell to 8-3 with four runs plated on seven hits over seven frames where he struck out nine.
The Mariners offense mustered seven hits and four bases on balls with Jean Segura smacking his 7th long ball in the 5th inning. The Mariners have named Wade LeBlanc as Sunday’s starter against Colorado who he last faced in 2012. LeBlanc beat the LA Angels 4-1 last time out with a run scoring in seven frames.
Under is 21-8-4 in Colorado last 33 interleague games and over is 13-5 in Senzatela’s last 18 starts overall. Seattle are 9-2 in their last 11 games on grass and Seattle are 21-6 in their last 27 home games and under is 9-3-1 in Seattle last 13 on grass.
I don’t know what to expect from Senzatela so ether I don’t bet this or put something on LeBlanc who has been solid…
