Sunday MLB brings us to the Big Apple where the New York Yankees host the Texas Rangers.
The Texas Rangers bullpen faltered late in a 5-3 loss at the Yankees on Saturday. Texas starter Drew Hutchison was charged with three runs on five hits and four BB while Chris Martin surrendered a two run homer in the 7th to get the loss.

The Rangers banged out eight hits and walked six times with Elvis Andrus and Adrian Beltre recording RBI’s while Shin-Soo Choo scoring twice.
Martin Perez toes the rubber at New York in the final game of the series. Perez did not get a decision in a 4-3 loss to the Mariners with three runs plated on ten hits and two BB through seven frames.
The New York Yankees overcame poor relief pitching to squeeze past the Rangers Saturday. New York starter Lance Lynn gave up a run over five frames but received a ND when Zach Britton allowed a pair of runs.
The Yankees logged eight hits and four walks with Giancarlo Stanton leaving the yard and scoring twice while Miguel Andujar broke a 3-3 tie with a two run bomb in the 7th.
Veteran left hander CC Sabathia hopes to pick up a win against the Rangers on Sunday. Sabathia comes off of a 4-3 win at the White Sox with a run given up through 5.2 innings where he struck out 12.
