The two teams split the first pair of games, each shutting out the other, then on Saturday the Marlins surged ahead with a 3-1 win.

For the Sunday game, the Braves will be sending out RHP Kevin Gausman. In his 151.0 innings and 8-9 record this year, Gausman has a 3.99 ERA with 121 Ks and 38 BBs.
Nick Markakis and Freddie Freeman entered the weekend tied for the Braves’ lead in hits with 156 apiece. In the Saturday game, Freeman put up one hit.
Over on the Marlins’ side, they’re going with Pablo Lopez on Sunday. In his 53.0 innings and 2-3 mark this season, Lopez has a 4.42 ERA with 42 Ks and 13 BBs.
Tops in offense for the Marlins is Starlin Castro, with 141 hits, 70 runs, 10 homers and 46 RBI coming into the weekend. On Saturday, Castro had one hit.
The Braves are 14-5 in their last 19 Sunday games and 11-5 in their last 16 in game four of a series. The under is 7-2-1 in the Braves’ last 10 in game four of a series and they’re 37-17 in their last 54 versus the NL East.
Meanwhile, the Marlins are 5-16 in their last 21 in game four of a series and 0-4 in Lopez’s last four home starts. Miami is also 0-5 in Lopez’s last five starts and 0-4 in hi last four starts versus a team with a winning record.
Gausman is currently sitting on three straight quality starts, and in that time he’s surrendered just three earned across 22.0 innings. As for Lopez, he coughed up five earned against Atlanta last time he saw them, but otherwise has three quality starts in his last four outings. This result may not be as cut-and-dried as the last, but I think the Braves can get it again here.
