The Cleveland Indians and the Houston Astros will meet up in MLB action at Minute Maid Park on Saturday for Game 2 of their American League Division Series.

For Game 2, the Indians will be sending out RHP Carlos Carrasco. In his 192.0 innings and 17-10 record this year, Carrasco put up a 3.38 ERA with 231 Ks.
Cleveland’s top hitter this year was Francisco Lindor, who finished the season with 183 hits, 129 runs, 38 homers and 92 RBI. On Friday, Lindor put up a hit and a run.
Over on the Astros’ side, they’re going with Gerrit Cole on Saturday. Across 200.1 innings and a 15-5 record in the regular season, Cole logged a 2.88 ERA with 276 Ks.
Alex Bregman led the charge for the Astros offense this year on 170 hits, 105 runs, 31 homers and 103 RBI. In Game 1, Bregman ripped a solo homer with two RBI.
The Indians are 5-1 in their last six in game two of a series and 6-2 in Carrasco’s last eight Saturday starts. Cleveland is 39-19 in Carrasco’s last 58 starts and 20-7 in his last 27 with five days’ rest.
Meanwhile, the Astros are 7-0 in their last seven Saturday games and 43-16 in their last 59 in game two of a series. Houston is 4-0 in Cole’s last four home starts and 24-8 in his last 32 starts.
Carrasco has some really nice ALDS numbers in his career, and in Game 3 of this round last season he tossed 5.2 shutout innings versus the Yankees. As for Cole, he put up three playoff starts in his Pirates career, going 1-2 with a 3.94 ERA, but coming off this breakout season he’s got some higher expectations. This should be a great matchup all across the board, but this is also a prime opportunity for the Indians to steal one away from home. I'll take Cleveland on a value pick.
