The KIA Tigers and LG Twins meet Saturday morning in South Korea KBO baseball action.

The KIA Tigers could use a victory here after losing four of their last five games. The KIA Tigers have lost their last three games and are coming off a contest where they produced just two runs and seven hits. In their last effort, Choi Hyung-woo and Hwang Dae-in combined for three hits and two RBI while Aaron Brooks allowed two runs and three hits in six innings of work. The KIA Tigers have won 10 of their last 17 games overall. Lee Min-woo gets the ball tonight for the KIA Tigers.

The LG Twins look for another win to build on a solid five-game winning streak. The LG Twins have allowed a combined two runs and 12 hits in their last two games overall. In their last effort, Chae Eun-sung and Roberto Ramos combined for four hits and five RBI while Cha Woo-chan allowed one run and six hits in six innings of work. The LG Twins have won 13 of their last 16 games overall. Lim Chan-gyu gets the ball tonight for the LG Twins.

The LG Twins have won six of the last eight meetings against the KIA Tigers. Five of the last eight meetings between the Twins and Tigers have produced double-digit run totals.

Right now these teams are heading in opposite directions and the LG Twins are quietly one of the hotter teams in the league with a five-game winning streak and a pitching staff that's allowing nothing easily. The KIA Tigers just can't get out of their own way this week and the lack of timely offense has resulted in majority of these losses. There's also the one-sided history between these clubs that heavily favors the LG Twins, even if they've played just once since last September. When a team has your number, they have your number.

I'll side with the LG Twins and the more than reasonable price, as they build their winning streak to six games.
