The KT Wiz Suwon are coming off a game where they allowed 14 runs on 14 hits, and they’ve allowed double-digit runs in three of their last five games. In their last effort, Sim Woo-jun and Jo Yong-ho combined for three hits and two RBI while Kim Min allowed eight runs and eight hits in 2.1 innings of work. The KT Wiz Suwon have lost eight of their last 13 games overall. Kim Min-soo gets the ball tonight for the KT Wiz Suwon.  

The last seven meetings between the Lotte Giants and KT Wiz Suwon have been split down the middle 3-3-1, but it was the Giants who swept the previous regular season series this season. Five of the last 10 meetings between the Wiz Suwon and Giants have produced double-digit run totals. 

I’m not running to the window to bet on either of these teams that have done nothing but lose these last couple of weeks, but the Lotte Giants have to have the edge heading into this series. The KT Wiz Suwon have lost eight of their last 13 games, and they’ve allowed double-digit run totals in three of their last five games. The Lotte Giants haven’t played much better, but they have an offense that can get hot out of nowhere, and they just swept the KT Wiz Suwon when they played earlier this season.

Give me the Lotte Giants to draw first blood.
