The Kiwoom Heroes and Lotte Giants meet Wednesday morning in South Korea KBO baseball action.
The Kiwoom Heroes could use a feel good victory here after losing four of their last six games. The Kiwoom Heroes have allowed a combined 16 runs and 23 hits in their last two games. In their last effort, Lee Ji-young and Heo Jeong-hyeop combined for three hits and three RBI while Eric Jokisch allowed four runs and six hits in six innings of work. The Kiwoom Heroes have won 10 of their last 16 games overall. Choi Won-tae gets the ball tonight for the Kiwoom Heroes.
The Lotte Giants look to stay hot after winning eight of their last 10 games. The Lotte Giants have produced a combined 13 runs and 26 hits in their last two games and have scored five or more runs in seven of their last eight games. In the latest effort, Kim Jae-yoo and Dixon Machado combined for four hits and three RBI while Noh Kyung-eun allowed three runs and three hits in six innings of work. The Lotte Giants have lost 17 of their last 31 games overall. Seo Jun-won gets the ball tonight for the Lotte Giants.
The Kiwoom Heroes have won nine of their last 12 meetings against the Lotte Giants, but they’ve lost three of the four meetings this year. Six of the last 10 meetings between the Heroes and Giants have produced single-digit run totals.
This line is absolutely ridiculous when you consider the form of both teams and the starting pitching matchup. The Kiwoom Heroes have lost four of their last six games and their pitching is getting tagged, while the Lotte Giants look like the team from the start of the season, winning eight of their last 10 games and tearing the cover off the ball. Seo Jun-won has also been better than Choi Won-tae up to this point in the season. I know the Kiwoom Heroes have owned the h2h success against the Lotte Giants, but sometimes you have to thitem that out the window.
The Lotte Giants and the plus money here is too good to pass up.
