KIA Tigers vs. NC Dinos – 7/3/20 KBO Baseball Pick, Odds, and Prediction

2020-07-03 05:30:00 EDT

The NC Dinos and KIA Tigers meet Friday morning in South Korea KBO baseball action at the Changwon NC Park.

The NC Dinos look for a win after winning seven of their last 10 games and just taking two of three from the Lotte Giants. The NC Dinos have scored five or more runs in seven of their last 10 games. In their last effort, Yang Eui-ji and Aaron ltherr combined for five hits and six RBI while Lee Jae-hak allowed four runs and seven hits in 5.1 innings of work. The NC Dinos have won eight of their last 12 games overall. Choi Sung-young gets the ball tonight for the NC Dinos.

The KIA Tigers look for another win after splitting their last eight games, but they just took both games against the Hanwha Eagles. The KIA Tigers pitching staff has allowed four or less runs in 11 of their last 14 games. In their last effort, Choi Hyung-woo and Kim Sun-bin combined for five hits and three RBI while Lee Min-woo allowed one run and six hits in six innings of work. The KIA Tigers have won 11 of their last 17 games overall. Drew Gagnon gets the ball tonight for the KIA Tigers.

The KIA Tigers have won six of the last seven meetings against the NC Dinos and four straight meetings overall. Four of the last eight meetings between the Tigers and Dinos have produced double-digit run totals.

The NC Dinos are one of those teams we’ve blindly backed for majority of the season and they seem to have right the ship after some hiccups these last couple of weeks. However, the KIA Tigers are playing wonderful baseball in their own right as of late, and they have a pitching staff that’s allowing nothing cheap. Gagnon has been solid for the most part with a 3.88 ERA and 1.22 WHIP in 51 innings, while Sung-young has a 5.94 ERA and 1.74 WHIP in 16.2 innings. The KIA Tigers are also probably the only team in this league that can say they enjoy playing the NC Dinos.

Give me the KIA Tigers.
