The KT Wiz Suwon and Samsung Lions meet Saturday morning in South Korea KBO baseball action at the Suwon KT Wiz Park.

The KT Wiz Suwon look for a win after winning nine of their last 12 games. The KT Wiz Suwon offense has produced four or more runs in 12 of their last 14 games. In their last effort, Sim Woo-jun and Kim Min-hyeok combined for four hits and four RBI while William Cuevas allowed one run and five hits in six innings of work. The KT Wiz Suwon have won 15 of their last 22 games overall. So Hyeong-jun gets the ball tonight for the KT Wiz Suwon.

The Samsung Lions need a victory here to snap a three-game losing streak. The Samsung Lions have allowed five or less runs in 14 of their last 23 games. In their latest effort, Tyler Saladino and Song Jun-seok combined for two hits and three RBI while Heo Yoon-dong allowed three runs and three hits in one inning of work. The Samsung Lions have won 18 of their last 29 games overall. Choi Chae-heung gets the ball tonight for the Samsung Lions.

The KT Wiz Suwon have won six of the last eight meetings against the Samsung Lions, but those two losses came in the last four contests. Six of the last seven meetings between the Wiz Suwon and Lions produced double-digit run totals.

The KT Wiz Suwon are playing the better baseball and have had the h2h advantage in this series obviously, but there's a clear pitching mismatch in game two of this series. Hyeong-jun has a 6.65 ERA and 1.59 WHIP with 22 strikeouts in 46 innings, and he's received the loss in each of his last four games. Chae-heung has a respectable 3.08 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with 39 strikeouts in 49.2 innings, and he's won two of his last three starts. I know the Samsung Lions are riding a nasty three-game losing streak, but the pitching staff has been consistent over the last three weeks, so it's not going to last long. This is a more than winnable game for the Lions.

Give me the Samsung Lions and the cheap price.
