The KT Wiz Suwon and LG Twins meet Wednesday morning in South Korea KBO baseball action at the Suwon KT Wiz Park.

The KT Wiz Suwon look for a win after winning 13 of their last 20 games. The KT Wiz Suwon offense has produced four or more runs in 16 of their last 22 games. In their last effort, Hwang Jae-gyun and Mel Rojas combined for five hits and six RBI while Bae Je-seong allowed six runs and nine hits in five innings of work. The KT Wiz Suwon have won 19 of their last 30 games overall. William Cuevas gets the ball tonight for the KT Wiz Suwon.

The LG Twins look for a win after winning four of their last six games and just swept the Hanwha Eagles. The LG Twins pitching staff has allowed five or more runs in 18 of their last 28 games. In their last effort, Oh Ji-hwan and Roberto Romas combined for four hits and five RBI while Tyler Wilson allowed one run and three hits in six innings of work. The LG Twins have lost 21 of their last 39 games overall. Lee Min-ho gets the ball tonight for the LG Twins.

The KT Wiz Suwon and LG Twins have split their last 10 meetings down the middle, but it’s the Wiz Suwon who have won the last three meetings. Five of the last nine meetings between the Wiz Suwon and Twins have produced double-digit run totals.

The KT Wiz Suwon are obviously playing the better baseball and are a team that probably still isn't getting the proper respect from oddsmakers. With that said, the LG Twins have had a productive week and have the starting pitching edge in this contest. Cuevas has a 4.28 ERA and 1.20 WHIP in 61 innings while Min-ho has a 1.80 ERA and 1.17 WHIP in 40 innings. Min-ho has allowed two or less earned runs in all eight of his starts this season. Cuevas has been more consistent as of late, but there's no doubt he has more hiccups than his opponent in this matchup.

I'll take a stab with the LG Twins and the plus money in game two of this series.
