The NC Dinos are a team we’ve been finally shying away from these last couple of weeks, as they’re not the same automatic back they were in the past due to some questionable play. However, the Dinos did look good in their game last night and they’re always a tough team to turn down when getting plus money, struggles or not. Shin Min-hyuk has a 2.53 ERA and 0.84 WHIP this season through 10.2 innings, and he’s coming off seven strong innings against the Lotte Giants. Jake Brigham has a 4.43 ERA and 1.38 WHIP this season through 42.2 innings, and he’s allowed a combined 10 earned runs and 16 hits in his last three starts. While a smaller sample size, you can argue the NC Dinos have the edge on the mound here.
It’s hard not to side with the Dinos and the plus money in this matchup.
