Best MLB Betting Props for 8/5/2021

MLB betting props are a great way to make money on the MLB and Thursday is a nice chance to make money with them. Let’s take a look at the best MLB betting props to make your Thursday a winning one.

Detroit Tigers over 4.5 runs (+100)

The Detroit Tigers are going to have no issues running up the score against the Boston Red Sox. Martin Perez gets the start for the Red Sox and in his last start he went four innings giving up seven hits and six runs The Tigers only managed one run on Wednesday, but that won’t be the case in this one. Back the Tigers to finish with at least five runs.

Colorado Rockies over 5.5 runs (-125)

The Colorado Rockies are going to run up the score against the Chicago Cubs. Jake Arrieta gets the start for the Cubs and he currently sits with an ERA of 6.20. The Rockies offense is strong at home, and they are going to have no issues running up the score in this one. The Rockies should finish with at least seven runs in this one.

The Colorado Rockies to score first and win (+170)

The Colorado Rockies are batting second in this game, but they are going to get the first run in this game. Like stated above, Arrieta has been awful, and that run should be scored in the first inning. I also expect the Rockies are going to come away with the victory.

Minnesota Twins, Houston Astros under 0.5 runs in the first inning (+110)

The Houston Astros and Minnesota Twins are both going to get out to a slow start in this game. Griffin Jax has been pitching better as of late, and the Astros are going to be slow early in this game after their late game on Wednesday. The Twins offense also is going to have issues against Framber Valdez. The Twins and Astros are going to fail to score in the first inning.
