The Baltimore Orioles and the Toronto Blue Jays meet in MLB action from Rogers Centre on Saturday.

The Baltimore Orioles will look to rebound from a 6-4 loss in Friday’s series opener at the hands of Toronto last time out. Cedric Mullins leads the Orioles with a .293 batting average, a .363 OBP and 174 hits with 37 doubles and 5 triples while Ryan Mountcastle has a team-high 33 home runs and 89 RBIs. Mullins also has 30 home runs while Austin Hays has.4 triples this season. John Means is expected to start here and is 6-8 with a 3.32 ERA and 132 strikeouts this season.

The Toronto Blue Jays will try to keep their playoff hopes alive after their win over Baltimore on Friday. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. leads the Jays as the MVP candidate has a team-high .322 batting average, 46 home runs and a team-high .400 OBP with 105 RBIs as well. Teoscar Hernandez has a team-high 112 RBIs while Marcus Semien has 44 home runs and Bo Bichette has 26 home runs and a team-high 187 hits this season. Alek Manoah will get the start here and is 8-2 with a 3.35 ERA and 117 strikeouts this season.                                                                     s

Baltimore is 32-71 in their last 103 Saturday   games and 14-40 in their last 54 games overall while the under is 6-0 in their last 6 games against a team with a winning record. Toronto is 20-6 in their last 26 Saturday games and 9-4 in their last 13 home games while the under is 9=2 in their last 11 home games against a left-handed starter.

This is an interesting game, as you have a Baltimore team that’s proved they can play spoiler against a Toronto team that’s in dire need for wins and are the better team here. With that said, I’m leaning towards the under here. Alek Manoah has been lights out all year long for Toronto and despite his shortcomings, John Means is still Baltimore’s best pitcher. Give me the under in a high-stakes pitcher’s duel.
