Best MLB Parlays for Thursday
August 11, 2022 1:00 pm EDT

Thursday is a lighter slate of MLB games, but there is still plenty of value across this slate of games. Let’s take a look at a couple of MLB parlays to make your Thursday a winning one.

Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Royals under 8.5 -120 / Cleveland Guardians, Detroit Tigers over 8.5 -115 / Miami Marlins ML +140 // $10 bet pays $72.26

The Chicago White Sox and Kansas City Royals are both going to struggle in this game. Dylan Cease and Zack Greinke have both pitched well coming into this game. Over Cease’s last three starts, he has gone 18 innings total and given up only two runs. Greinke has gone five or six innings in most of his starts, and he has given up two or three runs. Back the Royals and White Sox to stay under the total.

The Cleveland Guardians and Detroit Tigers are both going to score plenty here in this game. Zach Plesac sits with an ERA of 4.49 while Hill sits with an ERA of 5.12. Hill only gave up one run in his last start, but he still gave up six hits in this game, and he played with fire. The Guardians aren’t going to let him off the hook like the Tampa Bay Rays did, and the over is going to cash.

The Miami Marlins are going to pull the upset over the Philadelphia Phillies. Kyle Gibson has been so inconsistent this season, and he isn’t going to be good enough in this game. In three of Edward Cabrera’s last four games, he has given up only a run. Even against a good Phillies offense, Cabrera is going to have another good start, and the Marlins will pull the upset. Bet This Today at Bet MGM Click Here.

Chicago White Sox ML -165 / Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Royals under 8.5 -120 // $10 bet pays $19.44

I do think Greinke has a good start here, but it’s not going to be as good as Cease. Cease has been lights out heading into this game, and the White Sox have been the better offensive team overall this season. I expect a 3-1 or 4-1 type of game, and the White Sox are securing the victory here. Bet This Today at FanDuel Click Here.
