Best MLB Parlays for Thursday
September 22, 2022 7:00 pm EDT

Thursday isn’t quite a full slate of games across baseball, but there is a ton of value. Let’s take a look at a couple of MLB parlays to make your Thursday a winning one.

Cleveland Guardians ML -134 /  Kansas City Royals ML +110 // $10 bet pays $26.67

Even though the Cleveland Guardians are on the road, they still should be bigger favorites in this game. Johnny Cueto really struggled, in his last start, going 4.2 innings and giving up eight hits and seven runs. Shane Bieber over his last three starts has given up only three runs, and the Guardians are going to give him enough run support here. Back the Guardians on the money line.

The Kansas City Royals are underdogs here, but at worse, they should be a pick em. On the mound for the Royals is Josh Winder, and he has had some issues as of late. In Winder’s last start, he went 4.2 innings against Cleveland, and he gave up six hits and four runs. Jonathan Heasley hasn’t been exactly lights out, but he has been good enough to let the Royals get the job done. Back the Royals.

St. Louis Cardinals, San Diego Padres over 7.5 -110 / San Diego Padres ML -136 // $10 bet pays $23.13

Joe Musgrove is coming off a strong start, but in the previous two starts he had given up nine runs total. The Cardinals have one of the top offenses in baseball, and they will find success in this game off of Musgrove. Jack Flaherty’s last start against the Cincinnati Reds was a bad one, giving up six hits and four runs in five innings. This game is going to be a shootout, and the over will cash.

Musgrove is the better pitcher in this game and will have no issue getting the job done in this game. Flaherty currently sits with an ERA of 5.09, and he’s going to be lit up in this game. Musgrove might not have the best start, but he’s going to do enough to secure the win. Back the Padres.
