Best MLB Parlays for Wednesday
October 5, 2022 3:00 pm EDT

The last day of the MLB regular season is here, and there is still money to be made. Let’s take a look at a couple of MLB parlays to make your Wednesday a profitable one.

Chicago White Sox ML -135 / Chicago Cubs ML -115 / New York Yankees ML -150 // $10 bet pays $44.24

The Chicago White Sox will close out their season with a win over the Minnesota Twins. Louie Varland hasn’t been awful in his couple of starts for the Twins, but he still isn’t going to be good enough here. In 21 innings so far this season, Varland has given up 11 runs. Look for the White Sox to run up the score against Varland, and that is going to be the difference as they secure the win.

It doesn’t really matter who is on the mound, I don’t trust the Cubs’ offense to find a lot of success scoring here. In Graham Ashcraft’s last start he went 2.2 innings giving up six hits and six runs. The Cubs should have no issue running up the score against Ashcraft, and this will be an easy win for the Cubs.

The New York Yankees are going to have no issue beating the Texas Rangers. On the mound for the Rangers is Glenn Otto, and he has lost each of his last three starts. He hasn’t pitched that bad, but he hasn’t gotten a ton of run support, and that is going to hurt him again in this game. The Yankees have one of the top offenses in baseball, and they will secure the victory here.

Philadelphia Phillies, Houston Astros under 7.5 -125 / Chicago White Sox ML -135 // $10 bet pays $21.33

The Philadelphia Phillies and Houston Astros are both going to struggle to score here. Framber Valdez has been lights out this season, and he currently sits with an ERA of 2.89. Bailey Falter in his last start, went six innings giving up three hits and zero runs. The bats are going to be quiet here, and the under is going to cash.
