Best MLB Parlays for Thursday
September 29, 2022 7:00 pm EDT

Thursday isn’t a full slate of games, but there is still plenty of money to be made. Let’s take a look at a couple of MLB parlays to make your Thursday a profitable one.

Chicago White Sox ML -122 / Los Angeles Angels -1.5 -145 // $10 bet pays $20.75

The Chicago White Sox will knock off the Minnesota Twins here. Louie Varland will be making just his 4th MLB start in this game, and he hasn’t been awful, but not great. In 16 innings, he has given up four home runs. Lucas Giolito hasn’t been exactly dominant heading into this game, but he is the better pitcher in this game, and the White Sox are going to give him enough run support here. Back the White Sox.

I don’t love laying this type of number on the run line in an individual bet, but in a parlay, it opens up some major value. On the mound for the Angels is Shohei Ohtani, and in four starts this month he has given up only four runs total. Cole Irvin has been awful all year, and in his last start he gave up seven runs. Back the Angels -1.5 to cash.

San Francisco Giants -1.5 -115 / Kansas City Royals ML +116 // $10 bet pays $30.38

The San Francisco Giants are going to win this game against the Colorado Rockies by at least two runs. Ryan Feltner is on the mound for the Rockies, and he has had some major issues so far this season, sitting with an ERA of 5.91. The Rockies only scored two runs in Game 1, and they are going to struggle to get to two runs here against Carlos Rodon. Back the Giants on the run line.

The Kansas City Royals are going to pull the upset over the Detroit Tigers. On the mound for the Royals is Jonathan Heasley, and he’s been good coming into this game. Over his last two starts, he has gone 12.2 innings total, giving up four hits and one run. The Tigers’ offense has been awful all season, and they are going to struggle in this game against Heasley. Back the Royals.
