Baltimore Orioles vs Boston Red Sox Prediction

I might try the Red Sox here, but I’m probably staying away. Pivetta has been spotty at best lately. Over his last three starts combined Pivetta is 1-1 with 12 earned runs in 14.0 innings total. In his last pair Pivetta has five earned in 11.1 innings combined. Eflin is 3-0 with just five earned in 19.1 innings over his last three starts, though.

On Wednesday the Sox blew a 4-2 lead amid a bullpen breakdown. Boston could get a great start from Pivetta in the opener and cruise from there, but I’m not touching this one.
