Blue Jays vs Dodgers Prediction 11/1/25 MLB Picks Today

In this article we will formulate a Blue Jays vs Dodgers prediction for this MLB game on Saturday, November 1st at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Let’s take a look at the prediction for Game 7 of the World Series.

Toronto Blue Jays Betting Preview

The Toronto Blue Jays had a chance to win the World Series on Friday night, but they only scored one run and couldn’t get the job done. Toronto cut the deficit to 3-1 in the third inning, but failed to score over the last six innings in the loss. The Blue Jays did have second and third in the ninth, but couldn’t get any runs home. Toronto recorded eight hits in the game and they were led by Springer, who went 2-4 with one RBI in the loss. The Blue Jays started Gausman, who allowed three hits and three earned runs over 6.0 innings for the loss, while four relievers combined to finish the last 3.0 innings.

Prior to this series, Toronto defeated the Mariners in seven games in the ALCS and the Yankees in four games in the ALDS. The Blue Jays have lost three of their last five games and they finished first in the AL East standings. The Toronto pitching staff has a 3.85 ERA with a 1.25 WHIP and a .217 opponent batting average, while their offense has scored 101 runs with a .282 batting average and a .348 on base percentage during the postseason. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has led Toronto with eight home runs and 15 RBIs, while Alejandro Kirk has added five home runs and 13 RBIs in the playoffs. The projected starting pitcher for Toronto is Max Scherzer, who is 1-0 with a 4.50 ERA and a 1.30 WHIP over 10.0 innings pitched this postseason.

Los Angeles Dodgers Betting Preview

The Los Angeles Dodgers were able to stay alive in the series with a 3-1 win in Game 6 on Friday night. Los Angeles scored all three of their runs in the third inning and they were able to survive the eighth and ninth, where Toronto had two baserunners in both innings. The Dodgers recorded four hits and they committed one error in the game, while they were led by Betts, who went 1-3 with two RBIs in the win. Los Angeles started Yamamoto, who allowed five hits and one earned run over 6.0 innings for the win, while Glasnow picked up the save.

Prior to this series, Los Angeles defeated the Brewers in four games in the NLCS and the Phillies in four games in the NLDS. The Dodgers have won eight of their last 11 games and they finished first in the NL West standings. The Los Angeles pitching staff has a 3.10 ERA with a 1.16 WHIP and a .209 opponent batting average, while their offense has scored 67 runs with a .230 batting average and a .319 on base percentage this postseason. Shohei Ohtani has led LA with eight home runs and 14 RBIs, while Teoscar Hernandez has added five home runs and 12 RBIs so far in the playoffs. The projected starting pitcher for Los Angeles is TBD, as it was supposed to be Glasnow, but he pitched a few pitches in the ninth last night to close it out.

Blue Jays vs Dodgers Prediction

The entire MLB season comes down to just one game, as we are fortunate enough to get a Game 7 in the World Series. Toronto failed to close it out on Friday, but they will still have the home field advantage for this matchup. The Blue Jays have really struggled against Yamamoto in this series, but they have found success against the other starters and they have been the best offense in the playoffs. Los Angeles has scored just six total runs in their last three games, but they did get three runs and five hits against Scherzer over just 4.1 innings on Monday. I would love to know what LA is doing with their pitching in this one, but I have to lean towards the over. I don’t love Scherzer on the mound for Toronto, while the Dodgers have had trouble against this Blue Jays lineup without Yamamoto. Take the over here.
