Reds vs. White Sox Prediction

I’m on the Reds in this one. I don’t love Abbott on the road if we go by the comparison put out from last season, but backing Flexen is a no-go, and the White Sox don’t have a consistent enough offense to be able to back him up if he were to struggle again which I’m anticipating he will. Abbott’s the better starter with the better lineup behind him, and I think Cincinnati starts the series with a win here. Give me the Reds.
