Rangers vs Tigers prediction

I have a rule of not betting pitchers making their MLB debut, so while Jack Leiter comes from a family of pitchers, and he’s a top-10 prospect for the Rangers, I can’t do it. We don’t have a sample size to go off of and don’t know how Leiter is going to look in the big leagues. Kenta Maeda has settled down in his last 2 starts, which includes allowing just 4 earned runs in his last 11.2 innings. Leiter’s father is a 3-time World Series champion, and his uncle and cousin were MLB pitchers. I’ll still lean toward the Tigers at home because of the unknown.
