It’ll be Spencer Arrighetti in the starter role for the Astros on Tuesday. So far Arrighetti is 7-12 with a 4.82 ERA in the first 25 starts of his career. The Astros will take on the Angels after this series.

Houston Astros vs Oakland Athletics Prediction
I’ll probably stay with Houston. Arrighetti does need a good bounce-back outing here, though. In his last appearance, Arrighetti gave up three earned in 0.2 innings during a loss to the Reds. Prior to that, however, Arrighetti had 13.2 clean innings during a pair of wins. As for Bido, he’s given up six earned over his last 13.1 innings of work total.
The Astros are coming off a spotty series, but they scored pretty well. Houston posted 23 total runs in three games against the Diamondbacks. They’ll need a solid outing from the pen in Monday’s opener, but I think they’ve got a good shot.
