Urias got the win to improve to 12-3 on the year after allowing four runs on seven hits while striking out three over 5.2 innings of work. The Colorado Rockies will try to rebound after a frustrating loss at the hands of the Dodgers on Friday. C.J. Cron had a grand slam to make up the scoring for the Rockies in the loss while Brendan Rodgers and Charlie Blackmon each had two hits. Sam Hilliard, Chris Owings, Trevor Story and Garrett Hampson each had a base hit each had a base hit to cap off Colorado’s offense as a team in defeat. Chi Chi Gonzalez took the loss, falling to 3-6 on the year after allowing seven runs on nine hits over four innings of work. Kyle Freeland will start here and is 1-3 with a 5.48 ERA and 32 strikeouts this season. in his career, Freeland is 2-5 with a 4.43 ERA and 49 strikeouts against the Dodgers.

I get that the Rockies have been solid at Coors, but I backed the Rockies on Friday and it blew up in my face and now the Dodgers get their best arm in the rotation on the bump in Buehler. Kyle Freeland hasn’t been all that great this season and it’s tough to envision him succeeding at home against this potent Dodger lineup. Give me Los Angeles -1.5 here.
