ANDREW’S FREE PICK
I’ll stick with the Mets. Senga is doing pretty well over his last three starts, despite going just 0-1. In that trio Senga has 19.2 innings combined, five earned runs, 13 hits and nine walks. As for Kelly, he’s 1-0 over his last pair with just two earned in 12.2 innings. Kelly did have a rough outing versus the Dodgers to close out August, though (5.0 innings; seven earned). We should have a pretty good starter matchup here if both guys are on. In the Wednesday game, New York got a nice start from Joey Lucchesi (7.0 clean innings; five hits; three walks) and the offense came around pretty well. I like the Mets to keep it up in the finale.
