Cardinals vs A’s Prediction

I’m on the Cardinals here. I just can’t get there with JP Sears. I do think that Sears is usually Oakland’s best shot at a win whenever he takes the hill outside of Paul Blackburn, but that doesn’t change the fact that the A’s have a hard time getting the job done. Lynn’s a pitcher I’ve made money with by backing and fading at different points in his career, but I don’t think Oakland’s offense is good enough to make the Cardinals pay here. Give me St. Louis.
