Pirates vs Phillies Prediction

I’m on the under in this one. I get the case to be made for either side here, but I think the Pirates struggle against Suarez, who has a 1.10 ERA in his starts since his rough season debut. On the other side, Andrew Heaney can be hit or miss, but he’s a lefty, and the Phillies have been brutal against lefties in the last couple of weeks. I think this ends up being a lower-scoring game, so give me the under here.
