The Chicago White Sox and the Seattle Mariners meet Monday in MLB action from T-Mobile Park. Here’s a Chicago White Sox vs Seattle Mariners prediction. This will be the first installment in a four-game series. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best bets for the game.

The White Sox are fresh off a weekend “Laundry Series” versus the Boston Red Sox. Chicago took a 14-2 loss in the Thursday opener of that set, then evened things up with a 7-2 win on Friday. In game three the White Sox kept it up with a 6-1 victory. In the finale Chicago took a 6-4 loss.

Chicago White Sox vs Seattle Mariners Prediction

I’ll probably just stay with the Mariners here, but the line’s too thick to mess with. At least some of that has to do with Fedde’s last couple of starts. Back on May 25 against the Orioles Fedde put up 6.1 clean innings in a no-decision but he’s struggled since then. In his last pair Fedde has seven earned on 15 hits and four walks in 10.0 innings total. Seattle should have some chances on Monday if he can’t clean it up.

On Sunday the Mariners needed 10 innings and three runs in the final frame to have enough gas for the close win. Starter George Kirby kicked things off well with 7.0 innings and one earned run. If Gilbert can duplicate that, Seattle should be fine.
