I’m just not in the business of backing the Mets this season as they’ve been one of the biggest underachievers. As good as Scott has been this season, I just can’t get jiggy with this team. The Yankees are closing in on a playoff spot, and Schlittler has been one of the best pitchers this season. He has a 2.01 ERA and 0.92 WHIP this year and has allowed just 9 earned runs in his last 42 innings. I have to side with the Yankees, and of course I’ll lay the RL to shave down the price.
