The Houston Rockets look to stay undefeated tonight when they take hit the road to take on the Los Angeles Clippers.

Dwight Howard returns to the Staples Center for the first time since changing team colours and he's got to be feeling pretty good about the change because the Rockets come into tonight off their third straight win. After taking down the Bobcats and the Mavericks, the Rockets were made to really fight from behind and were able to come out on top by 104-93 against the Jazz on Saturday. James Harden continued his hot start to the season with 23 points, while Dwight Howard had 15 points and nine rebounds, but it was really Chandler Parsons who was the player of the game as he scored a game-high 24 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. Jeremy Lin also had a nice outing of 20 points on seven of 13 shooting but the highlight of the win was that the Rockets were able to overcome a slow start and find a way to win despite being down by as many as 19 points.

Meanwhile, the Clippers are coming off their second straight win after taking down the Kings by 110-101 on Friday night. Chris Paul stayed hot and led the team with 26 points and 10 assists, while Jamal Crawford added a quick-fire 18 points off the bench, but it was Blake Griffin's 20 points, 17 rebounds and six assists that really stood out for me. The Clippers look to be in good form at this early stage of the season, but the next few games will test them as they face the Magic, Heat and the Rockets (twice) in their next four games.

Head to head, the Clippers have won five of the last six meetings against the Rockets, but it's the Rockets who are 15-4 ATS in the last 19 meetings in LA.

This really is a tough one because both teams are playing some good ball led by two of the best guards in the league in my opinion. I really like the Clippers to win this one at home, but this game is bound to be a close one, so I can't resist taking the Rockets with the points in this one. Not exactly a hot tip, but I'm taking visitors with the points tonight.
