The Memphis Grizzlies play host to the Golden State Warriors at the FedExForum on Saturday night.

The Golden State Warriors have been in a slump as they’ve lost five of their last seven games overall and they will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat after falling to the Hawks in a 127-119 road loss last night. Stephen Curry led the team with 31 points and five assists, Kevon Looney and Donte DiVincenzo each scored 18 points while Klay Thompson chipped in with 15 points, 11 rebounds and five assists. As a team, the Warriors shot 48 percent from the field and 11 of 40 from the 3-point line as they got off to a poor start and allowed the Hawks to pour in 39 points in the first quarter and they just couldn’t get over the line despite cutting the deficit to just one point in the final minute of the game.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have been in decent form as they’ve won four of their last five games overall and they will be looking to stay hot after sneaking past the Spurs in a 126-120 overtime road win last night. Jaren Jackson Jr led the team with 28 points on 12 of 20 shooting, Tyus Jones tallied a triple-double of 20 points with 10 rebounds and 10 assists while Desmond Bane added 21 points, eight rebounds and seven assists. As a team, the Grizzlies shot 48 percent from the field and 14 of 38 from the 3-point line as they rallied all the way back from a 29-point deficit to force overtime where they poured in 17 points to make it look easy in the end.

Looking at the betting trends, the Warriors are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games playing on zero days rest, 16-35-1 ATS in their last 52 road games and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record. The Grizzlies are 41-18-1 ATS in their last 60 home games and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 Saturday games.

Head to head, the under is 13-6 in the last 19 meetings overall, the Warriors are 0-7 ATS in the last seven meetings in Memphis and the Warriors are 3-8 ATS in the last 11 meetings overall.

The Warriors are missing Andrew Wiggins and Andre Iguodala again, while the Grizzlies are still without Ja Morant, Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke. The Warriors could really do with a win to get their season back on track, but they’ve been struggling lately despite getting big games from Curry who has been on fire. The Grizzlies have continued to win games despite their injuries and you just know they will be up for this occasion. With that being said, I’m expecting a close one here, so I’ll lean towards the Warriors with the points in this spot.
