The Sacramento Kings will be looking for revenge tonight when they play host to the Portland Trailblazers.
DeMarcus Cousins scored a game-high 35 points on 13 of 25 shooting last night, but just didn't receive enough support as the rest of the team combined to shoot just 23 of 61 (37.7 percent) from the field including Isaiah Thomas who shot five of 15 from the field. Thomas did end up with 13 points and seven assists, but just couldn't find a way to contain the Blazers' sophomore point guard who flirted with a triple double. The loss is Sacramento's fourth straight which drops them to 1-4 on the season overall.

On the other hand, Damian Lillard led the Blazers with 22 points, eight rebounds and seven assists including a clutch three, while LaMarcus Aldridge was the go-to scorer in the fourth where he scored 10 of his 20 points, However, the Blazers' strength lay in their scoring depth as they had four more players finish in double digits in scoring, including Wesley Matthews who had 18 points and Nicolas Batum who had 14 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. With the win, Portland improves to 3-2 on the season and 2-1 at home.
Head to head, the Blazers are 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings and 7-2 ATS in the last nine meetings in Sacramento.
I watched last night's game from start to finish and at no point did it ever really look like the Kings were going to come all the way back from a 14-point deficit and steal the win. Cousins was so dominant in the second half but he's going to need more help from his teammates if the Kings are to come out with the win tonight. I don't see that happening here so I'm taking the Blazers to beat the Kings in consecutive nights.
