The Boston Celtics look for three in a row as they face the Orlando Magic for the second time this week.
Head to head, the Magic are 1-4-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Boston and 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings while the road team is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. The Celtics are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of less than .400. The Magic on the other hand are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall, but just 5-15-1 ATS in their last 21 vs. NBA Atlantic and 2-5 ATS in their last 7 vs. Eastern Conference.

Maybe the Boston Celtics aren't that bad after all. After dropping their first four games of the season, Boston has turned things around with three straight victories, including Saturday night's thriller in Miami. Despite being double-digit underdogs, the Celtics stunned the reigning champion Miami Heat on their home floor as Jeff Green hit the game winning three-pointer with just 0.6 seconds left to give his team a 111-110 victory. Green led the way with 24 points on 5-8 from behind the arc, while Avery Bradley finished with 17 points and Jordon Crawford added 15 for a Boston squad that had just snapped Orlando's three-game winning streak the night before to complete the Florida sweep.
Following their loss to the Celtics, the Orlando Magic weren't able turn things around in their showdown with the Hawks in Atlanta on Saturday night as they fell 104-94 for their 15th consecutive road loss dating back to early March last year. In what was a sea-soaring affair, Orlando just couldn't keep up with the fast-paced Hawks, despite a game-high 21 points from Arron Afflalo. The shooting guard is having his best season as a pro yet, averaging 19.7 points per game to go along with five rebounds and 4.4 assists. As a team, Orlando is doing a tremendous job on the boards as they are ranked as the leagues No.1 rebounding team, hauling in 47.7 per contest.
This is the perfect spot to take Orlando for two reasons. One, there is the revenge factor for the Magic after Boston came into their building and walked away with a hard fought victory on Friday night. Two, this is a classic let-down spot for the Celtics after their emotional win over the reigning champs. Orlando is a dangerous team and even though their road record dating back to last season is very poor, this is a great chance to turn things around. I think they win, but I’m going to take the points just to be safe..
