The Oklahoma City Thunder head to Milwaukee on Saturday to face off against the Bucks.
The Milwaukee Bucks are just 2-6 this season, and when playing at home, the Bucks are just 1-2 overall. Milwaukee is struggling all over the court, but especially on the offensive end of the court where the Bucks are scoring 91.6 points per game, putting them at 27th in the league. The Bucks defensively are solid, allowing 99.5 per outing, but unless Milwaukee gets this offense figured out, this figures to be a long season in the brew city. In Milwaukee’s last outing, the Bucks fell to the Pacers, 104-77 in Indiana on Friday.

The Oklahoma City Thunder is a solid 5-3 overall this season, however on the road, the Thunder are still in the red, going 2-3 on the year. The Thunder are still one of the top teams in the league, especially on the offensive end of the court, where the Thunder are scoring 104.4 per game. The Oklahoma City Thunder fell in their last outing, losing at the buzzer to the Golden State Warriors on Thursday, 116-115. The Thunder were trailing by double digits late in the game, but came back to actually take the lead. It didn’t last obviously, but still it was nice to see that kind of fight in this team. Especially on the road.
The Oklahoma City Thunder are 3-5 against the spread on the season, and when playing on the road this year, the Thunder are 2-3 ATS. Also, coming off a game where the Thunder have allowed 105+ points, OKC is 1-2 against the spread.
The Milwaukee Bucks are 4-4 against the spread this season, going just 1-2 against the spread at home. When the Bucks are playing on back to back days this season, Milwaukee is an even 1-1 ATS.
I don’t see this one being close. The Thunder have to be stinging after their last loss to the Warriors, and the Bucks look like their punching bag here. The Bucks are better than they have shown us so far, but so is Oklahoma City. The Bucks may keep it close for a bit, using their home court, but the Bucks just can’t run with the Thunder and that will show late as the Thunder should win easily here on Saturday.
