The Miami Heat look to keep on rolling through teams when they take on the Orlando Magic tonight.
The Heat have won seven of their last eight and will be looking for their fifth straight victory tonight after taking down the Hawks by 104-88 last night. With Dwyane Wade on the sidelines, we all expected LeBron James to bust out with another typical performance close to a triple-double, but he only had 13 points while Chris Bosh led the team with 19 points on eight of nine shooting. Ray Allen added a valuable 17 points off the bench but the real spark for the Heat was actually Mario Chalmers who returned from his one game absence to finish with 14 points, 12 of which came in a pivotal third quarter. With the win, Miami improved to 8-3 on the season and 6-1 at home.

Meanwhile, the Magic have lost four of their last five and are coming off a tough 108-100 loss against the Mavericks despite 25 points from Arron Afflalo. Nikola Vucevic added 16 points and Jameer Nelson had 15, but the Magic were always fighting a losing battle, trying to claw their way back from a 15-point deficit. The problem was turnovers, the Magic had 19 which led to 22 points for the Mavs who committed just 10 turnovers of their own. With the loss, Orlando fall to 4-6 on the season and 4-2 at home.
In ATS trends, the Heat are 5-1 ATS in the last six games playing on zero days rest and 1-8 ATS in the last nine games following a win of more than 10 points, while the Magic are 0-5 ATS in their last five games overall but 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Heat are 3-10-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings in Orlando but the home team is 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings overall.
If Vucevic dominates the Heat in the paint like I think he will, the Magic have a shot at getting the upset in front of their home fans tonight, but with Wade expected to play in this game, I can't resist picking one of the hottest teams in the league playing on the second night of a back to back.
