The Golden State Warriors head to Sacramento on Sunday to square off against the Kings.
The Sacramento Kings are sitting at 4-10 this season, and currently trail the Clippers by 6.5 games. The Kings have dropped three straight heading into Saturday’s meeting with the Warriors, making the Kings 2-3 overall in their last five games. IN their last outing, the Kings fell to the Clippers 104-98 in overtime on Friday. Sacramento did a nice job against the Clippers, as five different Kings reached double digit points on the night, with Cousins leading the way with 25, while also having the best +/- on the night for the Kings, at +8.

The Golden State Warriors are just 9-8 this season, sitting just barely above the .500 mark. The Warriors also trail the Clippers in the Pacific, as the Warriors are three games back of L.A. Golden State has really been having a rough go of it lately, as the Warriors are just 1-4 in their last five, dropping back to back games. Their last outing was a loss to the Thunder, in OKC on Friday, losing to the Thunder 113-112 in overtime. Curry led the way for the Warriors against the Thunder, finishing with 32 points on the night.
The Golden State Warriors are 9-7 against the spread this season, and when the Warriors are listed as the favorite, Golden State is 4-5 ATS on the year. The Warriors are also solid on the road this year, going 7-3 against the spread.
The Kings are just 3-10 against the spread this season, and are just 1-8 against the spread at home. Sacramento is also just 2-9 against the spread on the year, when the Kings are revenging a loss to an opponent.
I don’t love it, but I’ve got to go with the Warriors in this spot. Neither the Warriors, nor the Kings have been playing well at all lately, but the Kings are atrocious at home against the number.
I’m typically not a big trend player, but that’s really the only solid angle here, in a game that personally I will be staying away from on Sunday.
