The Utah Jazz head to Denver on Friday to face off against the Nuggets.
The Denver Nuggets are playing better after a rough start, and currently the Nuggets are 13-8 on the year. Denver has always had a strong home court advantage, and that is the case once again this season, as the Nuggets are 6-2 overall at home this year. Denver has won back to back games heading into their meeting with the Jazz here on Friday, but in their last five the Nuggets are just 3-2 overall.

The Utah Jazz have had a rough season for sure, and the Jazz are probably wishing this was a video game so they could hit the reset button and possibly turn the difficulty down a bit. The Jazz are just 5-19 on the year and on the road the Jazz are just 2-10 this season overall. The Jazz have dropped four out of their last five, but Utah did get a win last time out, beating the Kings on the road on Wednesday, 122-101. One positive sign for the Jazz is the fact that Utah has scored triple digits in two out of their last three games, with the one exception being a 105-94 loss to the Trail Blazers.
The Utah Jazz are scoring more lately, but still Utah is just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games. The Jazz are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven road games however. The over is 6-2 in the last eight games for the Jazz.
The Denver Nuggets are 5-1 against the spread in their last six games following a loss, and the Nuggets are 6-2 against the spread in their last eight games against the Western conference. Denver is also 6-1 against the spread in their last seven games following a road trip of 7+ days. The over is 11-5 in the last 16 meetings between these two teams in Denver, and Denver is 5-0 against the spread in their last five home games against the Jazz.
I"m gonig to have to take the Nuggets in this spot. The Jazz are playing better as of late, but this is a tough spot. The Nuggets are incredibly solid at home. Utah doesn't play well in Denver, and I see no reason why that changes tonight.
