The Indiana Pacers look to keep piling up wins when they play host to the Brooklyn Nets tonight.
The Pacers have won five of their last seven and will be going for a fourth straight win tonight after trouncing the Nets by 103-86 back on Monday. Paul George had his usual production of 26 points, but Lance Stephenson matched him with 26 points of his own in front of his home crowd. David West and George Hill added 13 and 10 points respectively, but neither played more than 26 minutes as the Pacers blew out the game in the second half and cruised to yet another big win to improve to 23-5 overall and 10-4 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Nets followed up the loss to the Pacers with another beatdown at the hands of the Bulls on Christmas Day, but were able to bounce back last night with a 104-93 win over the lowly Bucks. Shaun Livingston was inserted into the starting lineup and led the way with 20 points, Mirza Teletovic scored a career-high 19 points off the bench and the Nets were able to avoid a fifth straight loss. Livingston could keep his role in the starting lineup because it alleviates Deron Williams from a lot of the ball handling duties but considering that the Nets have already tried 13 different starting lineups this season, your guess is as good as mine.
In ATS trends, the Nets are 4-1 ATS in their last five games following an ATS win and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Pacers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games against a team with a losing record and 17-6 ATS in their last 23 home games.
Head to head, the Nets are 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings overall and 4-0 ATS in the last four in Indiana.
I'm leaning heavily on the Pacers to win and cover but I'll have to see what the line is first.
The line has finally been posted for this game and it's the Pacers favored by 13 points. I actually think it's a couple points too many, but I'm sure the bookies knew that because it's so hard to take the Nets with any handicap at the moment. I'm sticking with the Pacers off a lengthy layoff over the Nets who played just last night.
