The Miami Heat head to Orlando on Saturday to square off against the Magic.
The Orlando Magic are currently sitting at 10-22 this season, but the Magic are playing some respectable ball at home this year, going 7-10 in front of their home town crowd. The Magic are playing pretty well defensively this season, allowing just 99.9 points per game. This is a very young team, but if the Magic can keep up the strong defensive play, and develop this offense with some of the young talent they currently have, the Magic could be a tough out in the near future.

The Miami Heat head to Orlando on Saturday with a record of 24-8 on the season, going 10-5 this season away from home. The Heat are basically just going through the motions right now, and honestly I don’t think that Miami really cares if they are a one seed or not, the Heat just want to be healthy come playoff time. Miami is playing strong defensively this season, holding opponents to an average of 98.3 points per game, while still managing to rank fourth in the league in scoring offense, putting up 104.8 per outing.
The Miami Heat is 5-1 against the spread in their last six road games when facing at team with a losing record on the season. The Heat are just 1-4 against the spread in their last five games on the road, and the Heat are also 1-4 against the spread in their last five games when playing on just one day of rest.
The Orlando Magic are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games against teams with a winning record, a very positive sign for the future of the Magic. The Magic are also 4-1 against the spread in their last five games against the Southeast division. Orlando is just 1-4 against the spread however in their last five Saturday games.
I have to take the over in this spot. The Heat could light up the scoreboard against these Magic without really trying, and if the Magic are going to try and keep up, they are going to have to pick up the pace. Look for this one to hit the 200's here on Saturday nigth.
