The Line: Los Angeles Clippers -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Orlando Magic could again be without Nikola Vucevic when they take on the Los Angeles Clippers tonight.
The Magic have lost eight of their last 11 and will be hoping to avoid a fourth straight loss after getting blown out by the Heat by 110-94 on Saturday. Jameer Nelson had a hot shooting night of 21 points including five of eight from the three point line while Tobias Harris added 17 points and 10 rebounds, but the Magic really struggled to keep pace with the Heat without the inside presence that Nikola Vucevic provides. Vucevic missed his second straight game but did warm up with the team so it is probable that he will be fit for tonight's game against the Clippers.

Meanwhile, the Clippers have won two of their last three but really struggled in their first game without Chris Paul in the lineup as they got absolutely trounced by the Spurs by 116-92 on Saturday. Jamal Crawford had a nice outing of 24 points and seven assists while Blake Griffin added 19 points, but the Clippers really struggled without their leader against an elite team like the Spurs. Obviously the offense suffered significantly, but it was on the defensive end where the Clippers were particularly disappointing, allowing the Spurs to them by 70-35 in the first half in a laugher. With the loss, LA dropped to 23-13 overall and 9-10 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Magic are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games overall and 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a loss, while the Clippers are 5-1 ATS in their last six games following a loss and 4-1 ATS in their last five against the Eastern Conference.
Head to head, the Magic has won 11 of the last 13 meetings while going 10-2-1 ATS.
The line has officially been posted and it is the Clippers who are favored by 9.5 points which seems a little high for this game so I'm actually going to take the Magic with the points here. I'm not expecting Orlando to win here by any means, but I like their chances to keep it to single digits here.
