The Line: Atlanta Hawks -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Houston Rockets look for a third straight win tonight when they take on the Atlanta Hawks on NBA Friday.
The Rockets have won five of their last seven and will be looking for a third straight win after blowing away the Lakers by 113-99 on Wednesday. James Harden poured in 38 points on 14 of 23 shooting, while Dwight Howard added 20 points and 13 rebounds, as the Rockets overcame a slow start to cruise past the shorthanded Lakers. Chandler Parsons missed the game with a hamstring/knee injury and is listed as a game-time decision for tonight's game against the Hawks.

Meanwhile, the Hawks were able to snap a three-game skid with a statement win by beating the Pacers by 97-87 on Wednesday. The Hawks opened the game on a 12-0 run and never let the Pacers in the game as Kyle Korver led the way with 17 points, while Pero Antic added 16. The only real blemish from the game was the play of Paul Millsap who had just four points on one of 10 shooting, but he was always going to struggle against the Pacers' tough frontcourt. With the win, Atlanta improve to 19-17 overall and 3-4 without Al Horford.
In ATS trends, the Rockets are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games overall and 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 games following a win, while the Hawks are 5-1 ATS in their last six home games and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Rockets are 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings and 5-0 ATS in the last five in Atlanta.
Originally, I was thinking about taking the Hawks with the points in this one, but the Rockets have dominated this matchup lately and all the ATS trends back it up. Let's just wait on the line for this game though.
