The Los Angeles Clippers go for a seventh straight win over the Charlotte Bobcats tonight on NBA Wednesday.
The Clippers have won six of their last seven and will be looking to improve to 3-1 on their current road trip after getting past the Pistons by 112-103 on Monday. Jamal Crawford scored a team-high 26 points in 27 minutes off the bench while Blake Griffin added 25 points, but it was actually DeAndre Jordan who set t he tone early with four dunks early on to finish with 16 points, 21 rebounds and four blocks as the Clippers cruised past the Pistons to improve to 29-14 overall and 11-11 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Bobcats have won three of their last five and are coming off a nice 100-95 win over the Raptors thanks to some hot some hot shooting and solid defense which saw them lead by 55-36 at halftime and as many as 30 points late in the third quarter. A major lapse in intensity saw the Raptors charge their way back into the game, but the Bobcats just had enough in the tank to hold them off. Al Jefferson had a monster game of 22 points, 19 rebounds and seven assists, while Ramon Sessions scored a team-high 23 points in the absence of Kemba Walker.
In ATS trends, the Clippers are 5-1 ATS in their last six games against a team with a losing record and 6-2 ATS in their last eight road games, while the Bobcats are 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a win and 1-5 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Clippers are 7-1 ATS in the last eight meetings overall and 6-2-1 ATS in the last nine in Charlotte.
The Bobcats put together an inspired but patchy performance in their first game without Walker, but I think that little bit of magic will fade tonight. I fully expect the Clippers to come into town and continue their strong form with a win and cover tonight.
