The Houston Rockets and the Memphis Grizzlies collide once again at the FedExForum on Wednesday night.

The Houston Rockets have been in decent shape as they’ve split their last 10 games, but they will be hoping to arrest a three-game skid after getting routed by the Warriors in a 121-108 loss on Monday. Tari Eason led the team with 21 points, 12 rebounds and four steals, Jalen Green added 20 points while Jabari Smith Jr and Kevin Porter Jr each scored 17 points. As a team, the Rockets shot just 41 percent from the field and 10 of 36 from the 3-point line as they scored just 21 points in the first quarter to trail right away, and things only got worse in the fourth quarter where they allowed 37 points to get blown out in the end.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have been in great form as they’ve won six of their last seven games overall and they will be aiming for a fourth straight victory after sneaking past the Mavericks in a 112-108 win on Monday. Jaren Jackson Jr. led the team with 28 points on 10 of 16 shooting, Santi Aldama added 22 points and 14 rebounds while Desmond Bane tallied 17 points on seven of 17 shooting. As a team, the Grizzlies shot 46 percent from the field and 10 of 35 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in trouble when they allowed 36 points in the third quarter to fall behind, before they sprung to life and dominated the fourth quarter by 29-12 to escape with the impressive comeback victory in the end.

Looking at the betting trends, the Rockets are 4-13 ATS in their last 17 road games, 1-5 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games overall. The Grizzlies are 42-18-2 ATS in their last 62 home games and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a losing road record.

The Rockets are shorthanded once again as Jae’Sean Tate is still out, while the Grizzlies are still missing Steven Adams and Dillon Brooks for this one. The Rockets have sprung to life with five wins in their past 10 games after struggling for the entire season, but they’ve cooled off with three straight losses and I don’t see them holding up against the in-form Grizzlies who should have Ja Morant back in the linuep now that he’s done with his suspension. The line is quite hefty, but the Grizzlies are 42-18-2 ATS in their last 62 home games and I think they blow out the Rockets in this spot.
